Jose was the perfect host! Whenever we had a question, he was quick to respond! We loved the location, easy in and out from the parking lot, easy walk to grocery store and brickell shopping. Also enjoyed the balcony, air fryer and tea maker! This was definitely a great find!

Great apartment! It was well- equipped for what we needed. The location was great. The host was very responsive to a small issue we had (it was resolved).We loved the balcony and the view.I will say that it was prettyfairly noisy - lots of construction going on and it is close to downtown, so lots of traffic noise.A big plus for me was that there were a lot of hangers!We will be traveling to Miami again and we will definitely stay here again.

Nice unit, the building is a ‘smart’ property so it would be helpful to receive navigation instructions from host prior to arrival as we had some initial confusion with the front desk who tried to charge us for parking when this was included with reservation. The fob for opening garage door never worked so we had to walk down long inside stairway to get to street level which was frustrating. We didn’t know what parking stall to park in either and one of the security people advised to move the vehicle to the right stall. We had some issues with opening the front door too that thankfully was cleared up with Host.
