Good-Proximity to major highways, easy to find the building right off of Collins Avenue. Sunny Isles is a beautiful area for those not familiar.- pool, gym, coffee shop on site, Cross the street for beach access.-good sized condo for our needs 2 bedrooms, small room with crib, 2 full baths, living area, small kitchen area, balcony. -End unit so the room was quiet.Sufficient towels, beach chairs, beach toys-space was clean The owner responded to all questions within 24 hrsSo-so- playground is in the municipal park right in front of the building. Unfortunately closed and locked for renovations during our stay-all occupants of the building must take the service elevator (there is only 1, so it can take a few minutes) after the pool and beach access.-parking garage is on site however takes a long way around to drive up.-the refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave work well. We didn't use any other kitchen appliances.Beds were firm, linens were adequate-try to initiate check in process earlier before the day of the stay. The HOA rules and information should be addressed before the check -in day to keep things streamlined and easy including the apartment and parking number. The access code can be sent on day of if needed-the fob worked for us mostlyImprovements-update bathrooms-streamline TV's. Too many remotes and still we couldn't get local tv. 2 TV's use streaming service? We never figured out the TV in the double room.-provide hand soap, small vacuum.
