Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Subject to availability. Early check-in at 1:00 PM and/or late check-out until 1:00 PM. Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Requests must be made in advance.

Door codes will be provided on the day of check-in.
On-site parking available.

Please advise us of any allergies or special requests prior to arrival. Both feather and foam pillows are provided.

The booking guest must be present during the stay. No third-party bookings without prior written approval.

If you have been sick, symptomatic, or exposed to someone ill within the last 14 days, please refrain from booking.

Per City of Miami regulations, noise or music audible outside is prohibited between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

House Rules
No smoking of any kind, including cigarettes or marijuana, indoors or outdoors. Violations will incur a $250 deep-cleaning fee.
No drugs or illegal activity.
Violations of house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Police involvement for non-medical emergencies will result in immediate eviction without refund.
