We had a great stay, staff was wonderful and attentive. Room was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay again. My only suggestion, would appreciate advanced notification if pool will be closed for private event. This was unexpected for us and we would have changed our plans accordingly had we known that day. The hotel was wonderful otherwise and staff couldn’t be more helpful. Valet were terrific too.

Great hotel overall 10/10. Loved the feel and the ambiance of the hotel. Very clean and even smelled different compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. The staff were very professional and polite. Nice place with a couple of letdowns

New property and very upscale area. Quick walk to many great dining options. I have no complaints about the quality of the room, which is to be expected at a new hotel. However, a couple of relatively minor issues annoyed us. The iron in the room was broken. They replaced it with a newer one but didn’t take away the old one for some reason. The self-parking requires you to go to the 5th floor of the parking garage or higher. The lower four floors were for valet service. We shouldn’t be penalized for not using the valet. Let your valets scale the stairs if they have to. Let your guests get as convenient of a spot as possible.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was very friendly. My one issue was the valet and door staff was less than attentive. Opening and closing the door and car doors on my own. The facilities were beautiful and restaurants and bar was convenient. Would stay again.
