I love old hotels! And while this one was almost 100 years old, it did not feel like it except in the original 1926 hand operated elevator. The staff was wonderful, fetching an umbrella when we were headed out in a terrible rain storm. And we were safe and comfortable. Zucca, the first floor restaurant, OMG, so amazing!

I Love that this hotel is very French. They have the old time elevator where you have to close the gate, the key for the room was an original brass key that you put in the old fashioned door lock and turn, the room was so clean, no carpeting just nice hardwood floors, the bed was so comfortable, the tub and shower were all marble and oversize, they gave you these cute robes, I had a wonderful stay! BTW I went to the Italian Restaurant Zucca down stairs to eat (it was packed with ppl), the food was good (but not great like I expected) and very overpriced.

St Michel hotel

Staff is amazing, friendly, helpful. Rooms are immaculate. Bed is very comfortable. Location, location, location....walking distance to many restaurants and clubs. So convenient to just patk, stay and walk to whatever you want to do. No driving and parking hassles.

This hotel offers a delightful and appealing experience. Its prime location provides convenient access to the Miracle Mile, various shopping destinations, and dining establishments. Zucca, an Italian restaurant, is conveniently situated at the hotel's entrance. The establishment maintains a high standard of cleanliness and tranquility. While on-site parking is unavailable, valet services are provided, along with nearby parking garage and street parking options. The staff consistently delivers exceptional and welcoming service. I anticipate returning for future stays.

This is a nice little remodeled historic hotel. The elevator is manual, so the young lady checking me in had to take me to the 3rd floor. It was a great value and the attached restaurant is very nice. If you want a gym and pool this is not the place, but if you want a reasonable stay close to tons of restaurants this is it.
