Everything was okay about the stay except two things: 1) the TV did not work properly (asked to fix but it was never done); 2) there was no chair, with a back, in the room (asked for it but never received a follow-up).

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week. The room was great, fridge and microwave, good bed, newly renovated bathroom, and very quiet. We walked to restaurants and shopping areas. I would definitely stay here again!

Great cozy Hotel

I love this Hotel; I travel to Miami once every two months and I always chose this property. It is small, cozy, super clean and the location is awesome. The Front Desk staff is always kind and helpful. Kudos !!

Good clean pet friendly place to stay. The only draw back for me was that there wasn't an elevator. I was traveling with my mother who is a senior. I would have preferred to use an elevator. Otherwise the place was fine for our needs.

I like the old Miami feel of this hotel and it's excellent price. However, the bed needs replacing. Worse, there was a terrible stinch coming from the bathroom. I suspect the plumbing is also old and the pipes leading to the toilet backed up. Very unpleasant. It motivated me to clear out early around 6 am.

In town for a University of Miami basketball game!

We really enjoyed ourvstay at this little hidden gem! We were in town for a Duke game at tge University of Miami and this location was perfect! It was so clean and the people were so nice. They let us check our bags in before check in time. It was in walking distance to many restaurants, and Target os right across the street. If your in town for a couple of nights, this is a great place to stay.

An older property kept in OK condition which we have used at times given the shortages of larger newer hotels in the MIA area. No drills offered and no elevator so you will have to carry your luggage upstairs to your room.
