The air conditioning was broken and leaking all over the place, the shower is disgusting and no water pressure, place was filthy. I had to buy disinfectant and cleaned up a bunch of mold, the door code was incorrect, the badge were super uncomfortable and very squeaky But the valley service was very great.

The Facility was a experience I had before with the Bay Side view. That's why I asked for the same. Get there and I'm on the Beach Front side, so that was the first issue. then the apartment was musty and bathroom dirty freezer had dead bugs. The linen wasn't fresh hair in the bathroom

I have been in many places but never like this one, my room the bed was broken, I went to the front desk to let them now and see if they can replace the bed and they gave me a phone number to call, I explained about the broken bed and that I need more sheets and blanket and the guy told me they can’t delivery nothing that day and I should wait until tomorrow morning, I told the guy that I need it now, the guy didn’t care about anything and was so rude . I don’t recommend this places for anyone.

The front desk staff were not friendly, and the check-in process was confusing. They moved people around with no clear system, and even though I arrived just five minutes before 3 PM, they wouldn’t check me in. The room was old, worn out, and needs to be remodeled. Instructions to enter the room were unclear, and I had to wait for email responses, which made everything harder. Overall, not a good experience. I wouldn’t stay here again

Location was good. Oven view from room is fantastic.valet parking service is excellent and no need to worry about parking at all. Room was not 100% clean and few things are not as expected. For the money I paid it’s worth I guess

Im 67 yrs old. Not in good physical shape. Had lots of packages to go to my room. Had to walk 2 flghts of stairs just to get to the front desk. Was offered help. By a kindly elderly gentleman. I said to him no, Im done and leaving. Hotel refused to refund me thur Expedias help.
