A room to purchase snacks was located adjacent to my room. Whenever someone would enter that room a bell would go off and a recording would play. The bell and recording continued every 30 seconds while the person was in the snack room. This could be heard clearly in my room and kept us up all night.

The sheets were dirty. The bathtub had not been cleaned properly. The hotel smelled of strong cleaning products to teh point of unpleasnatness. The front door did not lock properly..

For a night is good , very small room and bathroom basic breakfast. No comfort or blankets on bed . Not worth the price. Very noisy aircon unit in the room. No side tables next to the bed. Had to ask for a bath mat. They say they can pick you up at the airport, but don’t respond to messages in a timely manner.

I stayed here for one night in January. Based on the ratings, price (which is not cheap) and photos I decided to book this hotel. The hotel is very run down. Rooms are cheap and nothing like the pictures. The bed is made up with only sheet, and it was very cold in January. There is no space to put your stuff in the bathroom. There is no elevator. Had to lift up my luggages for two flights. Hotel is also in an unsafe area. Would not stay here again.

Needs work

Hotel is very understaffed at night. Just one person at the front desk trying to check people in, take care of housekeeping issues and helping people with luggage since there is no elevator. You can tell that some of the renovations were rushed. So-so overall
