This is an older property and us shows in certain places where and tear. But I could see that they are in the process of refurbishing the building. For the price and for my need at the time, it was perfect.

The day of arrival, I called from the Miami airport multiple times trying to get their shuttle to pick me up so that I could check in, so, I paid a $29 Taxi fee (yes, its expensive from the airport)..I arrived and asked why they didn't answer the phones - the young lady was nice but said she was busy. She said the manager would credit me the taxi fee. I told her the whole reason I was staying was for the Shuttle in the morning - she told me she added me to the 5 AM list. Ok, so then I checked in, went to my room - there were receipts on the bathroom floor - not a big deal, the bed only had a sheet and a tiny - thin blanket. ok, I can deal with that for one night! However, the smell of the marijuana was horrible and when I turned on the air conditioner it smelled like a mushroom farm / deep mold stink. so I turned it off and then finally fell asleep - likely from the ingestion of marijuana smoke from my neighbors. Now, I wake up at 4 AM - shower and then had to clean out the mini coffee maker - it had chunks of things in it and then I went to the lobby because I was on the 5 AM shuttle list - at 5:10 the guy at the desk told me and 7 others that the shuttle was 5 minutes away, we waited and then waited and at 5:25 we all started asking where is the shuttle? He said its almost here - then finally at 5:39 AM the shuttle arrives with some guy that would not even help the women with luggage but was blaring oldies Rock music. 1 Star Motel - NEVER AGAIN!

Older property but reasonably maintained. Small room and very small bathroom with a tiny sink and stall shower, but comfy bed. Friendly staff and easy parking in their adjacent lot. The hotel is very convenient to the airport which was my primary objective.

Overall for the price you pay the hotel is average. Although the property is clearly old and has had cheap refinishing (paint, doors). It was very loud with gaps around the room door and from outside on the patio until 3am. Good enough for a quick nights stay.

Room was small for the size bed provided. Bathroom was very small and cramped. Lighting in room still leaves room dark and dull. Breakfast offerings were okay, would prefer additional juice options along with water. Adding a protein to go with the eggs would be nice.
