Staff was nice BUT...... there was a loud random party in parking lot below my room, had to change my room. This location is basically an old crusty motel simply painted over. There was a roach in bathroom. Old appliances. No bedcovers, just sheets. Why does Wyndham Hotels put their name on dumps like this?

Not going to lie, it was a shitshow when we arrived, no rooms ready and there were already people waiting in front of us, said they had been waiting HOURS for a room. The employee at the front desk said we could get a shuttle to the port but then seemed confused with all follow-up questions such as arrival times and length of time as well as cost.

No elevators to the 2nd floor. You need to carry your luggage all the way thru narrow stairs. Very dirty carpets. The bathrooms are so small and the in the shower hardly any water pressure.

La cama de la habitación es horrible. El colchón parece de paja y no tiene nada de comodidad. Además, no había calefacción ni siquiera una manta para cubrirse. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y es imposible descansar bien. Para el precio que uno paga, no lo recomiendo en absoluto. El desayuno también fue malo.The bed in the room is terrible. The mattress feels like it’s made of straw and is very uncomfortable. There was no heating and not even a blanket to keep warm. The air conditioner is very noisy, making it hard to rest properly. For the price you pay, I absolutely do not recommend this place. The breakfast was also poor.

The rooms have allthe necessary things one needs, but the hotel looks really old and shabby. The rooms are very small and fashioned. We waited 45 minutes to get picked up from the airport and in the end we took a cab to the hotel (&22.00). The worst thing was the staff, no interest in whatever. When we shecked in, they had not told us the bus to the airport was running only once err hour in the morning. So we were told we hust missed it and would have to take a taxi to the airport. The girl at the desk called (? Who?) A man with a big car arrivedstarted a long chat with the girl and then told he was the taxi driver. When we arrived at the airport, we had to pay him $45.00.... no bill, no check, nothing, just a big mouth when we protested. Overall, a really bad experience!!!

Upon entering the disgusting lobby, I proceeded to check in with concern. Once I paid and asked for the elevator, I was told only stairs. As I lugged my suitcase, backpack, handbag, and other bag up the stairs, I immediately realized that it was not a hotel but rather a rent by the hour scummy hotel. When I opened the room door, I was pushed back by the strong smell of urine. I immediately closed the door, went downstairs, canceled, and stated I wanted a refund. The front desk attendant, who was extremely polite and professional, got the manager to approve. I told her there was no way that "hotel" was part of the Wyndham family. She responded by saying an "affiliate". Wyndham needs to be made aware. Further, after research, every other website has it listed as 2 stars. How is it possible that you have 7.2? It is a disgusting dangerous hotel to say the least. Shame on Hotels.com for putting a small statured woman traveling alone in this situation.

My stay at this hotel was awful. The entry door appeared to be broken, the lobby chairs were visibly dirty with debris on them, and the hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. I always travel with Lysol spray and felt compelled to spray down everything in my room. The next morning, I found a dead bedbug on my bed. I reported this to the receptionist and provided a photo, but was only told she would “let the manager know.” I never received any follow-up. I would not return to this hotel under any circumstances.

As expected, it was a very nice stay. The room was indeed small but it was clean and had everything you needed for a pleasant short stay. The airport shuttle was easy and I’d definitely consider staying again.

Outstanding staff and check in. Once at the hotel travel accommodations to the cruise ship was set up for me along with offering to setup hotel stay and pickup from cruise. They also offered to setup air transport also. Wonderful service.
