this place was absolutely horrific. the pictures online versus the room we were actually given, did not match up. the lock was broken on the door, the lights barely worked, the tv was completely disconnected from the wall, the entire room AND hotel itself smelled like a cigar/hookah lounge, it was dirty, etc. I reported everything to thethe front desk and expressed my complaints and they only said “yes, we know about all of that. our staff has a lot of rooms, so basically things get fallen through the cracks with upkeep” he also said he wouldn’t feel safe as well staying in a room like that one we booked. he said to speak to expedia regarding a refund. which we did. expedia called the hotel, and the hotel denied a refund. I shouldn’t be paying for a hotel when I wasn’t safe, nor did I even stay at for 10 minutes. absolutely horrible place, trashy place, and filled with liars.

The room i stayed in had toilet issues. It did not flush. The tub had stopper. The floor was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable! Also; you have to call for utensils. Housekeeping only comes once a week. The stay is not worth what you pay. I was totally disappointed!!! There is
