Great location and ideal for a family
The location of this property was great - close to the beach, grocery store, and other stores and restaurants. Safety was clearly a priority and our family felt very comfortable here. The space was nice and clean. Great kitchen and living quarters, but the bathrooms would benefit from a renovation at some point. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Good, waterfront location - close to shopping
The condo unit met our needs. Kitchen could definitely use an upgrade. The appliances are serviceable but that’s about it. Bedrooms are comfortable and living room is spacious. It’s pleasant to sit i the balcony enjoying the view of the waterway at the end of the day.
The rental agent was extremely responsive. The one issue we had with an appliance was resolved immediately. He also made check-in and check-out simple.

Très beau condo .. très bien situé.. belle piscine toujours propre et chaude …
J’ai adoré mon s éjour au Golden Bay … le condo était très bien .. très spacieux et très belle vue .. en plus de super beaux couchés de soleil… Piscine très belle et beau coin BBQ … beaucoup de restos et magasins à proximité de marche .. et près de la mer … je le conseil … à retourner..
