Excellent apartment in an ideal location. In front of the beach and only two minutes from the Aventura shopping mall.
Comfortable, bright and charming and equipped with sheets, towels, beach items and complete crockery for 4 people.
The condo has a swimming pool, solarium, gym, tennis courts, laundry on each floor, Wi-Fi in the apartment and its own garage included in the price.
A one-time fee of 40 dollars for the entire family group is requested when checking in at the front desk.

Renter BEWARE!

BEWARE! We had an awful experience at Karina’s unit. Construction NOISE going on above unit was SO LOUD we couldn’t even hear in the unit- much less participate in mandatory WebX for our jobs. It began the morning after our 1st night (of 3) at 9am and never stopped - despite what she will claim. I beckoned to Karina (out of the U.S.) and Esmerelda (local) for assistance to which I was told “I’ll send the bldg mgmt an email.” I went to the front desk to speak to bldg mgmt myself and he told me “The owners were given due notification of impending construction, and it is their responsibility to let their perspective tenants know. There is nothing I could do but ask for a refund as the LOUD NOISES will continue for our entire stay.” I then contacted VRBO to get guidance and was told to contact the owner, cut my stay short and to ask for a refund. So we packed our bags and at 1:30pm we left the and the noise was just as loud as it was at 9:00am. Karina feigned compassion & had failed us miserably yet agreed to give us a token refund. VRBO reps tried twice to call her but she did not answer them. They escalated my case to be reviewed to reimburse the VRBO fees – which was done. I wrote back to Karina that I was unhappy with what little $ (about 1/3) she sent back. She coughed up a little bit more - because she didn’t want me to dispute the charge with my bank - which is what 2 separate VRBO agents told me I should do. Worst experience ever.

Well kept apartment with a lovely view. Amenities were a nice touch. Close to the beach with parking included. Beautiful area with options close to driving distance.

Great apartment in Sunny Isles

We stayed here for a long weekend. Apartment was clean, pics are accurate, location is great - across the street from the beach. Karina was very prompt with answering any questions. Would definitely stay here again.
