Please enjoy our spectacular 2 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms condo, located in the heart of Miami. Midtown is the hottest and best destination for Travellers seeking to experience the city for its curated art, exotic food, or the active nightlife. The home is within walking distance to Wynwood and Miami Design District and only a 2 minute walk to Trader Joes, 4 minute walk to Target.
The building features a full fitness Center, amazing pool, and lounging area.
Check-in instructions will be provided a couple days before check-in.

Walking distance to everything! Restaurants, nightlife, shopping, grocery stores, parks with jungle gym for the kids are right around the corner from the condo. It won't talk you more than a few minutes to get around.

We strive to provide our guests with the most pleasurable experience providing everything that you might need. We provide complimentary high speed internet, free parking, fully equipped kitchen, hotel like towels and bedding and a brand new smart tv with access to Netflix, & other apps available to use with your own account. The unit has a brand new washer and dryer. We also provide a pack n play and high chair for small children.

IMPORTANT: Guests must register at front desk before check-in. The building charges a $50 resort fee per couple (kids not included) upon check-in signed with a non-compliance form by the association.
