This property was a major disappointment and did not match the listing in several important ways.First, the space is misrepresented. It is advertised to accommodate up to 10 guests, but in reality it is much smaller and extremely cramped, making it uncomfortable and impractical for that number. Several advertised amenities, including bottled water and basic seasonings, were also not provided.Cleanliness was a serious issue. The bed sheets did not appear to be freshly washed and had visible fur and white stains. This is completely unacceptable for a paid stay. We have dog and dust mite allergies, and as a result, our child experienced a significant allergic reaction, which made the situation even more concerning.There were additional hygiene and maintenance problems:* Dirt on the shower floor* A broken toilet seat* A noticeable urine odor coming from the living room couchThese are basic standards that should be met but were clearly neglected.The location was also not suitable for a family stay. There was frequent police activity, and the neighborhood did not feel safe. Based on our experience, it appears to be a high-crime area and not appropriate for families with young children.Overall, this property fails on accuracy, cleanliness, and safety. If you are traveling with kids or expecting a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented space, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
