The rooms are outdated. Plaid curtains, old carpet throughout the hotel. Cheap furnishings, 35 inch tv sits on the dresser. Parking lot was not plowed. Im pretty upset that my Membership suggest hotels that are apparently unattended in comparison to the other Hilton I've stayed at

The staff was courteous but the room was just ok. Thankfully it was only for 1 night. The room had a musty odor and while showering the tub never drained.I had to spray my perfume to camouflage the musty smell and my husband could not shower after me because the water from my shower accumulated in the tub and by morning was still there. We did complain to the front desk about the inconvenience but they didnt help at all. I won't stay there again.

I had a family member who had surgery at the Cleveland Clinic (Dec 2025) so I tried out a few hotels in the area. I had a stay over at Hyatt Place the nite before trying the Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland, OMG huge difference the Hyatt Place was absolutely beautiful and modern whereas the Hilton Garden was OLD and really NOT that clean. Unless you can get a really, really good deal I’d personally NOT want to to go back this particular Hilton Garden inn East Cleveland/Mayfield village.

Toilet seat was very loose, toilet paper holder was falling off the wall (screws loose) bed was bouncy and sunken in the middle. All ice machines were down and the person at the desk had to go to the bar area to get some. Staff was awesome!

When we walked through the door, we could tell the air was not on. We reported it to the front desk. They had somebody come and look at it in a reasonable time. The thermostat was on the wall so he made it where we can control it from the unit on the floor, but that still didn’t work. It came on when it wanted to. Also, in my opinion, they have very small TVs. FYI, I was told you cannot hook your streaming device up to the TVs.

Very clean, quiet room. I love the bath amenities, especially the shower gel. Convenient to have the refrigerator and Keurig in the room. I was travelling with my dogs and I was worried they would bark at noises (we were close to the stairs), but it was so quiet they hardly noticed anything. Overall a great stay (other than our keys randomly not working, and some glitch between Expedia and Hilton that labeled us as a no-show, despite checking in at 9pm on the expected date)

The fan was so very loud all night that I barely slept. Then I only got lukewarm showers both days. The parking lot was an ice rink...not one salt truck to be seen. It would have been helpful if the rooms were updated to have a USB outlet somewhere other than the TV so it took all night for my phone to charge but the TV had to be on too. Would have been nice if they had room service...nothing was opened around 9:30 pm when I arrived. Would not recommend or stay here again.

When we checking in the front desk clerk was very rude - never welcomed us - couldn’t have cared less about there not being a luggage cart for us - it never dawned on him to communicate with the staff & see if one was available However the lady that had the next shift was very nice - we actually heard her checking with the staff to find a cart for a guest - imagine that !

I stayed here for three nights, the woman who checked me in was so friendly! my room was clean and quiet with a beautiful view of sunset, I had a few difficulties with my TV and the staff was so helpful even though they couldn’t figure out how to fix it, also since the jacuzzi and business center were not available and there was no breakfast one morning due to the chef not being able to come in, I was compensated immediately with out asking they were so nice and apologetic The manager Mo was so accommodating he himself got me a bagel and a bowl of fruit since there was no chef. He has also really chosen the best staff! Thank you so much 💕

Staff were great! Room was clean. Previous guest broke the toilet handle but I reported it when we arrived. Our room was in a quiet area in the 4th floor. We were very pleased. The only negative was there were no luggage carts anywhere. We had lots of Christmas gifts for our grandkids, so we made several trips up to the room. The receptionist said guests take the carts to their rooms and keep them until checkout. I would suggest taking a driver’s license as a hold until cart is returned to prevent this ridiculous practice in the future.
