I always stay at this hotel when I come to NOLA to visit, it’s close to everything and easy to get in and out. The people are ALWAYS friendly, no matter what time of day or night I wander in 😊. Always clean and the free breakfast is one of the best parts.

"Mixed Experience at Comfort Inn" During our stay at Comfort Inn from January 23 to 28, the hotel's convenient location made our check-in process smooth around 9:00 PM on the 23rd. The room had a nice ambiance, but unfortunately, we encountered an issue with cleanliness. Upon entering, we found hair in the bed, prompting us to request new sheets from the front desk. As an executive housekeeper myself, I couldn't help but notice that the inside of the toilet had yellow stains, indicating a lapse in regular cleaning. While the room was generally clean, this oversight with the toilet was a bit disappointing. In summary, our stay at Comfort Inn had its positives, but improvements in attention to detail with cleaning procedures, especially for items like sheets and toilets, would enhance the overall guest experience.
