The stay wasn’t bad, 2 complaints are there was a brown stain on the bed sheet that we definitely didn’t put there & I tried to boil water on the cooktop and after 45 mins the water still couldn’t come to a boil.

They are understanding and accommodating to whatever my stay required - from multiple extensions, to room swapping (back and forth when I did not feel comfortable), they handled it with care and gave me respect of my needs (as I am currently with a mobility ailment.
