Welcome! We offer a fully FURNISHED 1 BEDROOM UNIT WITH BALCONY FACING AMENITIES (27 SQM) on the 11th floor.

We have 3 adjacent units for family and friends who want to stay together. This unit is fully furnished, functional and beautifully decorated. The building lobby and service are like a 5-star hotel.

Shore 3 Residences is strategically located within the Mall of Asia Complex & Entertainment City in Pasay City, Philippines. The units are so close together hear noises from neighbors. Coffee maker didn't work. No ac in bed room has ac in living area . Maintenance overall not good 😕 not really located near any store. Food there very expensive.

Noli was very helpful in getting through the minor issues that popped up. Initially wifi wasnt fully working and Noli was able to help us get it working within two hours. Helped us in person for pool access and was flexible in our checkin and checkout times. Made the trip very enjoyable for family.

The unit’s size is big enough, but to sleep 4 full grown adults might be a stretch. Clean and well maintained. The friendliness and professionalism of the management team of Glen, Vhanessa, and Noli were above and beyond. They made you feel like family. Their attention to details to make our stay very comfortable and worry free was bar none. For sure we are going stay on this property upon return to Manila in the near future.

The Condo itself was fairly good. Felt cramped due to layout, and had some issues like broken drawer and patio lock, but overall was ok. Balcony and view is terrible. Contact person (Glen) is fantastic, as is the location so close to MOA. But the really bad is the hallway and elevators. They are dirty, smelly, and no AC. Leaving and returning to the room is miserable. Had problems with flying insects coming in from hallway when opening the door. It is a nice building, so it's a shame they don't keep it up the way they should.

Nice condo!! Had great time staying at SHORE3. New, well equipped and comfortable unit to stay. Perfect location. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Kudos to GLENN and NOLI!! They’re very helpful and attentive to our needs, very nice people. Highly recommended, we will be back again!!!
