Check in time is 3pm. I got there before 3pm and the room was not ready and told me to wait for 10min. Then after 10min again they told me to wait for another 10 min. They repeated this couple times and the room was ready around 3:40pm. I recommend you to use other hotel if you have an urgent upcoming meeting. Other than that, it was ok based on how much it costs.

I took my two kids to this hotel and we absolutely loved it. The kids really love the bunkbed and everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and it was a great location. Would definitely go there again.

Love it... room small but it has everything that u need..great closet, nice big shower/bathroom, small fridge, coffee maker, bathroom amenities, tv, phone, iron... the whole hotel seems new. Nice decorations, very modern.great location.staff very friendly.

The common areas are a bit tired however, the room is beautiful with high-end finishes. The staff could not be more pleasant or helpful. Charles was particularly welcoming and helpful. Benjamin was always there to help with our bags.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for awhile. Clean, safe, great location, surprisingly quiet for how good the location is. In Times Square in the middle of unlimited dining options and shopping. Close to public transportation. The staff was very very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend and will stay here again!

1 block from Times Square♥️. Very nice receptionists and concierge. Best shower of my life as the water pressure was great! Tv wasn’t working when we checked in but the staff sent maintenance right away. Once tv was on it would shut off every 15 min. Air conditioner constantly went warm. Hair and gum from previous occupants were stuck on wallpaper. Overall 6/10
