This hotel is close to many restaurants and stores, and is literally steps away from Times Square. It’s no frills, but does the job if you plan to stay a night or two. Be sure to bring earplugs and your own toiletries (shower caps, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton swabs etc.) because those are not provided by the hotel.

I was a little worried about the past reviews about the check in process. I had a smooth and friendly experience. The room was clean, cute and has a huge bathroom! The finishes were nice and my room faced a quiet street. I was even granted a late checkout for 12:30pm with no extra charge (anything later than that is $50 for each hour over checkout time).

Amazing location! That’s the best part! Very friendly employees as well! Only issue- property needs some TLC. The carpet in the room was so dirty, I was scared to walk barefoot.

It’s very close to transportation, Broadway & Times Square as well as numerous restaurants and bars. It was clean. The room was small and oddly laid out. I’m glad we only stayed 2 nights- good I guess for a short stay. When I checked in they didn’t have the right profile information for me. The receptionist made a copy of my drivers license. I asked her to repeat it back to me so I didn’t have to pull it back out of my wallet. She repeated the wrong Canadian passport info that was in that profile. That profile issue was bizarre. Luckily my husband had a long enough cord for his c pap. The bed didn’t have outlets on both sides. Also had to crawl and climb into it especially if you slept on the left which was weird

Good location if you want to be close to Time Square. Very basic hotel. Ok overall. Only negative would be our " neighbors " were very loud slamming doors, yelling etc 4/5 am few days in the row. I guess that's just lucky draw. I wish they would at least have a soda & snack machines.
