Bad communication

Mcr den left me and my family stranded, booked a 3 bed house from them but they did not follow through with the booking, what’s more they are impossible to get in contact with. Was in a dire situation was contemplating driving all the way back to London from Manchester but then the lovely person from Hotels.com named Asiya A found an alternative place to stay very late in to the night, salvaging the disaster of a trip because of mcr den. H4BX

Perfect location for Etihad campus

Fantastic location. Walking distance to Etihad stadium and co op live. Easy bus and tram links into the city center. Free secure parking onsite House was clean and well equipped with plenty of soaps and towels etc provided. The only negative was the mattresses weren't very comfortable, other than this we had a great stay
