Everything was very well.

I’ve stayed at this property before and had a great experience, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. At check-in, we were charged an unexpected $25 daily amenity fee that was not clearly explained. The room itself was not up to standard—the AC was not working, and the refrigerator was broken and overheating. This was especially concerning because my husband is diabetic and requires refrigeration for his medication. We contacted the front desk multiple times, and although maintenance came, they were unable to fix the issues. We were only provided a fan, and the refrigerator had to be unplugged. We were told the hotel was fully booked and could not move us unless we paid extra, which did not feel reasonable given the circumstances. Overall, the lack of proper room conditions and resolution made our stay very uncomfortable and we were unable to sleep well. I would recommend confirming room conditions and any additional fees before booking
