Terrible experience. I will never stay at this hotel again. The man who checked me in charged my card with multiple unexpected fees: $150 three times as a deposit and $49.57 for parking, in addition to the cost of the stay. When I asked about it, he gave vague and unclear explanations. The air conditioning was awful — the room was always hot — and I even heard other guests complaining about the same issue. Breakfast was another disappointment: the food was undercooked and seemed to be catered exclusively to Indian guests. I found that exclusionary and inconsiderate. Overall, a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this hotel

Hi, I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with my stay at Harmony Suites. I called the front desk 3 times and went down there 4 times between 5 PM and 10 PM, trying to get a clear answer and a solution about the A/C in my room. Two of those visits are recorded on video because the situation was that ridiculous. Every time, I was given a different excuse—first it was the whole hotel, then it was “should be working in an hour,” then it went down again, then suddenly it was only my room. Nobody seemed to know what was actually going on, and nobody treated the situation with urgency. I waited over 4 hours for maintenance after being told they were coming in 5 or 20 minutes. When someone finally showed up, the only thing they brought was a tiny fan—not even the industrial one I specifically asked for. It didn’t help at all. My girlfriend and I spent the night sweating in a hot, muggy room. We barely slept. It was easily one of the worst hotel nights I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t wish that experience on anyone. This was a total failure in communication, customer service, and basic comfort. I’m asking for compensation at the very least, a refund. This should not be brushed off. (I tried to send the videos but it says it is too large for the email. If there is another way to send please let me know.)

The best feature of this property is that it is next to the Meadowlands Convention Center. The suite we had was spacious and had two separate bedrooms. It was mostly clean but the property overall is a bit worn. i.e. loose, scratched wallpaper, chipped tile, etc. The breakfast buffet is adequate, not inspired and the staff was a bit off-hand.

Parking was convenient, the staff was very friendly and someone was constantly cleaning. The hotel is older but very well maintained. If in the area we would definitely stay there again.

The coffee shops are close and the dining is in walkable distance. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was amazing. However the fries I wouldn’t consider a breakfast item. Overall great service and stay. We would defiantly recommend and stay again

Concert stay

Harmony Suites was a great place to stay. The layout is really cool! Our room was large. Seperate bedroom was nice, bed was comfortable. Shower got nice and hot, with great water pressure. Love having a fridge and microwave, always a plus. Breakfast is buffet style, with an omelette station, and plenty of seating. Would definitely stay again.
