We liked our stay and would stay again due to the price and the easy access to New York - only 22 min by bus via the 320 line.
Downsides: shower leaked continuously and we had to call the maintenance man twice one because it would not heat up the water and once because it would not shut off.
The breakfast - while nice, was lacking some vegetables and had the exact same selection every morning which got boring after a while - waffle fries (fried food), meat (sausage) (fried food), bacon (fried food), apples (no taste), oranges (ok), yoghurt, oat porridge (absolutely disgusting), eggs on demand (no taste), waffles (the only good thing on the menu), cereal, milk, and coffee and juices. (oh, and bread and some pastries which were hit and miss - one of the pastries was so full of baking powder I could taste it!)
Good sides, quite affordable, loads of eateries within 5 mins and a massive wallmart nearby. I think if I knew what Wallmart had to offer, I wouldn't have paid $15/pp for breakfast.
Other good sides: quick to offer extra towels when needed and teas and coffees.
