Awesome stay

I absolutely love everything about this hotel. It is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is pleasant and professional. The rooms are very clean and spacious . The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is amazing. From the greeting to the staff in that area is awesome. The pool area is fantastic and very well maintained. It was pricey as they had comic con at the center next door and some sort of business expo on the 4th, 5th and 6th floor of the hotel however the great stay was stay is well worth it. Plenty of stores very near by, walking distance. A variety of restaurants very near. Walmart is 3 mins away. American dream mall 5 mins away.Plenty of free parking on site. This was our second time staying here. We will definitely be staying here when we visit the mall.

Very Nice!

This hotel is very nice! It is obviously an older hotel, but the current owners have done everything they can to make it as nice as possible. The room, lobby and outside were very clean. Shower was great! Breakfast was great! Staff was very kind and helpful. Only 1 negative. They charge $30 an hour to check out late, which is way too high. However, I would definitely recommend.

Although the hotel is excellent, the room service needs significant improvement. Despite staying for three nights, I did not receive a room service visit to clean my room. Overall, the experience was positive, and I recommend staying there. I intend to rebook if I return for a visit.

We had a fantastic stay at Harmony Suites. The building is dated and there is some wear and tear, but I feel that was reflected in the price we paid compared to other hotels. We got a 2 bedroom with 2 king beds which allowed my daughter to have her own space. The hotel was very clean and I saw people cleaning constantly. The free breakfast was plentiful and included omelets made to order. I only wished they didn’t use disposable plates and utensils as it’s extremely wasteful. It was an easy 5-10 min drive to the American Dream Mall and there is a bus right out front that takes you into NYC. It comes every 20 mins or so and brings you directly to the bus station on 42nd street which was an easy walk to Times Square and Rockefeller Center. We would definitely stay here again!
