The hotel was very clean and pretty. The breakfasts were prepared right in front of us and were good. Only complaint is the location. We didn’t realize this was not a great place for tourists and walking around. Conveniently located near a subway stop so that helps.

Rating: 4/5 The High Bridge Hotel itself was solid - clean rooms, good amenities, and overall a comfortable stay. Staff was helpful and check-in was smooth. However, two things to be aware of: 1. The hotel was not flexible at all with checkout time, which was a bit disappointing. 2. The surrounding area isn't the safest, especially at night. Just something to keep in mind if you're planning to be out late. If you're mainly staying in the hotel or using it as a base to get around the city, it does the job well.

Staff were very unprofessional. During check-in the two front desk employees were really preoccupied. Which seems completely work unrelated and all the staff I encountered during my stay was really unfriendly. Hotel randomly charged me two separate times without notifying me throughout the day after I had already paid for my room.

Very close by to the train station. Staff were also very kind and the rooms were clean. Nice place to stay if you want budget friendly clean basic accommodation near the city.

Breakfast was very good, homemade scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, coffee and juice. it was great! We came on a Sunday so we found parking on the street for free. The subway is a short walk away with lots of great food options nearby. The front office worker was very patient and helpful w/ all our questions. I may stay here again later this week. Would recommend to all.
