Good location, close to Plaza Major, Sol and easy walks ng to Royal Palce. Lots around. Staff could have been more welcoming and friendly, not quite sure what was going on there. The room was adequate, no tissues, no kettle, so no tea/coffee. At least when we hung up our towels to reuse, they weren’t replaced as we find happens in many places. I’d go back for the location and would recommend for the same reason.

Great location

Located between Plaza De Sol and Mayor Plaza in a vibrant part of Old Madrid. Easy access to all the must do's. Friendly and helpful staff. Confortable room. The oldest hotel in Madrid with all the mod cons you need.
