Metro Station: Metro:Delicias metro station line 3 is just a few minutes away and Legazpi line 6 and 3. To get to the flat:
From the airport: Take Metro Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios, where you transfer to Line 10 towards Puerta del Sur. Get off at Plaza de España and transfer to Line 3, which will take you to Delicias station. From there, you will only have to walk about 3 minutes to the flat. From Atocha station:I recommend walking from Atocha to the flat, as it only takes about 15 minutes and is quite a pleasant walk. If you prefer to go by metro, you can take Line 1 from Atocha to Sol, change there to Line 3 and get off at Delicias. From the station, you will only have to walk a few minutes to the flat. From Chamartín:Take Metro Line 10 and get off at Plaza de España. There, transfer to Line 3 and continue to Delicias station. On leaving, you will only have to walk a few minutes to the flat. If you are coming by car, check the Madrid City Council website to find out where to drive and where to park.

Unit needs a lot of work nobody seems to care
Place was very cold and no heat. The bracket that holds the shower head was broken. Three interior doors for almost impossible to open and close because they were too long a. toilet was not colected properly to the floor and kept sliding off and wobbling..nd neat cutting off. Blind and largest bedroom could be opened but could not be closed so it was daylight at all times. Tried about 10 times to change date of occupancy prior to arriving and agent did not respond.

Great location, small but functional apartment
Pros: great neighbourhood, clean and well equipped apartment, lots of fresh air due to windows and courtyards. Comfortable beds. Friendly neighbours. Close to Metro and bus routes.
Cons: Convoluted entry system worked only once. Take keys with you! Nuki is an excellent system, and I have used it many times before but this is a very basic system. Contacted the company to be told “it works for us.”
Timed entry- we called from the airport as we had still not received entry information to be told “it’s 15 minutes before you said you would enter “. Flight was early…
If arriving from North America, it is difficult to pay the damage deposit on the same day. System wouldn’t accept it before this day. You must have a smart phone working in Europe to even attempt to enter.
Very small and dated washroom. Very uncomfortable furniture. Spend a bit on better furniture to make this flat better value.
