Title: Exceptional Stay at Barcelo Torre de Madrid I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. Our stay in Madrid coincided with Holy Week, a very busy time in the city. Despite our early arrival due to an early flight, the staff managed to prepare our room ahead of the usual check-in time. We truly appreciated their efforts to make our stay unforgettable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the variety of pillow options ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. I also appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices. Always a very pleasant stay at this hotel. This was my third time. Staff is helpful and attentive. Location is very central with easy access to the metro and taxi’s. I didn’t receive any VIP amenities except a free glass of Cava though.

Well located property, very near the palace and metro links to allow easy access to anywhere in Madrid. Staff were very nice, room was cleaned to a very good standard daily. Well equipped gym and nice range of food available at breakfast. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in Madrid.
