We liked the location of the property close to a Royal palace and other attractions. Good dining options nearby and felt safe. The staff was courteous. The rooms were clean and good facilities overall.

Improve in management

Hotel with excellent city location, clean and my room was very quiet (4th floor). Made by mistake a double reservation, but the hotel wasn't willing to solve my mistake even when I arrived before 11am. They charge me for 1 night. They still had the opportunity to rent that room if they put it on the market. They weren't willing to do so. They behaved like a small hotel chain. Still was a good stay.

The property including is very nice. The only (-) was in regards of construction in the area. This also created a difficulty approaching the hotel by car /taxi and obviously parking.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The location is near almost everything. The stores and restaurants are just a few steps away. The metro is extremely close too. The breakfast had such delicious foods and lots of variety. Not only that but the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel so welcomed. We went to Madrid as a birthday trip for my sister and the staff made sure to make her day extra special without us even mentioning it. During breakfast they brought out some cake and a candle. Then once we got back to our room from exploring they brought a special surprise to our room which included Spanish candy, wine and a note. This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at and have no complaints. Whenever I come back to Madrid I will no doubt be staying here.

Property being refurbished and area outside hotel bring upgraded also so it was noisy at times. The hotel is in a great central location and our room was very clean and well presented. Staff were pleasant but not overly engaging . Would definitely return
