Clean and spacious. Great location. Didn’t love all the stairs and confusing layout of the hotel. Made it feel like it wouldn’t be safe if there was a fire. But otherwise I have no complaints. Great stay overall.

Although we were able to check in early, the family room we booked was not most definitely not what we received. It was supposed to have room for 3 people, air condition, and most importantly a terrace or balcony. Our room had the terrace / balcony door blocked off for maintenance (which the hotel didn’t tell us about) and there was not even a window. The room was tiny, with barely any room for our suitcases. It was a dark, hot, stuffy dungeon, and it was incredibly loud - even though the hotel advertises soundproof rooms. We were not given any sort of compensation, just a too-bad / sorry look. I will be perusing a refund, and will never stay here again.

Rooms were clean and comfortable and perfectly priced. Centrally located to all the main areas. Loved our morning sweet that was left each morning on our door knob. Self serve coffee in another part of the hotel which was convenient for a quick cup before starting the day out.
