The room was good and the staff were fine. However, there was nowhere to sit downstairs—not even to wait for someone or a taxi—except for the small bar at the entrance with high stools. The lounge, which functions as the only lobby area, is always reserved for private events, and the few terrace tables are only available for dining. If you are simply looking for a comfortable room in a good location in Chueca, this hotel is acceptable, but there are comparable or better options at a lower price. Despite having VIP Access, I received no special benefits, aside from a one-hour late check-out, which was granted without any reference to VIP status.

We did not have breakfast included. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was cleaned and made up daily, which we no longer get in the USA. The air conditioning kept coming on periodically all night, which made the room too cold; it is December! The location of the hotel is excellent! Near everything. Near the Metro and walkable to the Prado and other museums.

The customer service was excellent from start to finish, with every team member warm, attentive, and eager to help. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, with delicious options and exceptional service. The bar was a highlight as well—fabulous mixologists crafting amazing drinks in a stylish, inviting setting. The décor throughout the hotel is beautiful and adds to the overall boutique experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning. First class!
