No pudimos hospedarnos , nos trataron muy mal , llegué con mi perro de servicio y toda su documentación exigida , nos discriminaron y hasta nos dijeron que si no abandonábamos el lugar nos iban a llamar a la policía , ustedes en las políticas del hotel dicen que aceptan perros de servicio. Mi perro cuenta 100 % con su documentación. Por algo pudimos entrar al país . Pero como se llevaba acabo una feria en la cuidad y estaba una alta demanda hicieron todo para sacarnos del hotel . Mi peor experiencia y discriminación por parte de todo el personal hacia nosotros. Luego me dijeron que ya ellos se habían comunicado con ustedes y les habían echo reembolso . Fue horrible la verdad . MI PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE TANTOS AÑOS DE VIAJE CON USTEDES .

The elevator system could go with some improvements. We also had no access to the rooftop due to two days of private functions. Otherwise the hotel was really nice and its location quite superb.

Friendly. Check in, good amenities, nice room. The roof top bar was CLOSED for private events both days I was there so what was a big selling point for this hotel wasn’t available. If I’d known I would have booked somewhere else because there’s plenty of other good hotels to chose from

The property is overall very nicely located and easy to travel from. It was clean and the bathroom was very spacious. However the service left a LOT to be desired😖! Here are a couple of examples: once when asked the doorman to call us a cab he just pointed to the taxi driving by and said that you will find it there! How unprofessional!! Also we were leaving early for a trip so I asked them to provide some croissants or something to the room ( mind you this is a hotel that does full breakfast) and they refused since it was about 10 minutes before 7 — there usual time😟.
