My first time staying at leonardo and a fantastic experience. Exceeded expectations to be honest. Welcomed by Andrea, who upgraded me knowing I was on a few days work trip and had a stressful journey to Southampton. Lewis at reception always had a big smile, even when there were long queues of guests trying to claim his attention, he was super calm, friendly and simply genuine. Joseph was very sweet and patient, helped me warm my room and bought me extra towels without me even asking (he saw that I’d used all mine and just used his initiative to bring me some fresh towel and take the ones lying on the floor). Morita was the best thing every morning, greeting me with a big beautiful smile, and offering me takeaway coffee for breakfast before I run into the office. Everyone at the restaurant was very polite and professional, but morning staff there were just 10/10, quick to run around refilling stations and plenty of help around for the busy morning period.
No complaints whatsoever, I’ve stayed in 5 star hotel and not experienced such excellent customer service!
Onto the room- modern yet cosy. Everything was clean, big windows, blackout curtains, the TV and remote WORKED!!! Bed was wonderful, loads of pillows and good quality, firm ones at that! The little thing made a big difference like: propping the pillows. Plenty of tea and coffee refreshments, good brands too. Bathroom isn’t modern but it’s very clean and I have no complaints.
Great experience I’ll be back.
