This 1,000 square foot studio apartment is situated within a historic home, providing a unique blend of character and modern comfort. **Ignore the stairs. There is a wall at the top of them. There are no shared spaces.**

Situated in the vibrant Crescent Hill neighborhood, you'll find yourself surrounded by a variety of restaurants, clothing shops, and coffee shops, all within walking distance. The studio's central location makes it incredibly convenient for exploring Louisville's top attractions. We have 3 private parking spaces! The area is safe and a flat, easy walk to get to restaurants, bars, & shops. The neighborhood is biker friendly and also has electric scooters available. Ubers/ lyfts/cabs are readily available.
