The hotel overall was great and had everything we were looking for in a hotel. Staff was super friendly and it was clean as well. Definitely considering coming back again.

Hidden fees (incidentals for valet and room service? Huh?) Pillows were terrible, like a sack of cotton balls that were squshed flat. For the price, new pillows could be purchased for these rooms. Breakfast buffet, not bad! Good variety and made to order omeletes.

Lost in the maze

The room was clean. It was very dim lit and no option to turn the lights up. The staff weren’t very helpful. Directions to the nearest elevator or better interior wayfinding signs would have been helpful. The interior of the hotel is a maze. We needed a map and the emergency exit plan wasn’t clear. The valet service was prompt and polite.
