We arrived for a late arrival (after calling in the AM to let them know that we would be late), and they gave our room away, and told us "we can do what we want with your room, you booked through a third party" - we booked a 2-queen suite room, which was booked over 3 months in advance for 3-adult males, and they gave us a sub standard king room, which was completely unacceptable. They told us they were completely sold out and that there was nothing they could do. Then the next day, after telling us they would fix it, they did not fix it and told us that we'd have to move rooms again. An hour later, they told us they could only have us stay that one night and we'd have to leave, and only after threatening to sue did they magically have the same room open for us. We filed a formal complaint with Hilton Corporation for our money back. Do not stay here. We packed up and left and went to a new hotel that welcomed us with open arms.
