Convenient, clean and very beautiful!

Beautiful lobby, great evening refreshments with 2 free cocktails, excellent breakfast buffet with build your own omelet, convenient location and everyone was so friendly and nice. Highly suggest skipping the parking offered at hotel- its valet only and $45. You can park in the parking lot behind the hotel on third street for $15.

Property was great, but the downtown area was not what I expected. lot's of construction going on making the are around the hotel congested. I also had an issue with my hotel room. I was supposed to have a king size bed, but was given a queen bed( maybe). when I spoke to the young lady at the front desk she told me that in the hotel industry a king bed is considered a queen. I have never heard of that. but oh well.

The only thing was the parking situation is atrocious. There needs to be a map provided to show where all the available parking is and how much.

can't say enough good things about the staff. they are incredible! Food at breakfast was great, restaurants convenient around hotel. Valets were excellent. the reason i didn't give a full 5 stars was the layout of the room- smallest Embassy I have ever stayed. no 2 rooms that i was expecting with table/etc. not set up at all like usual ones. but would definitely recommend. Had a great time.

The hotel was amazing. Our room was clean and very large. Excellent location for concerts at Fourth street live . Only negative was no parking included and $45 for them to valet park .

Perfect for the concert venue, just exactly across the street. Just perfect! The area around is a bit rough, not be exactly safe. The hotel staff and amenities 10 out if 10! Amazing complementary breakfast bufet! Just amazing! The only problem we had was this: gave the van up for valet parking. When we got our vehicle back the next morning, it stunk very strongly of merijuana to the point that one of our kids got nauseous.

Pretty sure I’ll always try to stay here. It was luxurious, large clean room. Given free cocktails and breakfast which was not the typical hotel breakfast. Parking is pretty high, ($40) which I was surprised about but overall, a wonderful night.

Our flight was delayed, and we send a message to the hotel that we are going to be checking in late and make sure our room stays reserved. When we showed up at the hotel our room was given away. When they realized that mistake was made, they gave us another room. We stayed 6 nights and housekeeping only cleaned the room twice. we had to ask for towels, soap and toilet paper. And now we found out that they charged us a no-show fee because we did not check in on time even after we send them a special message about been checking in late. Very dissatisfied with the stay at this location. Will not book again.

I couldn’t fault any aspect The only issue I had was the toilet was very low being 6’2” with poor knees it was difficult and I would imagine also be difficult for older guests
