The guy at the desk took forever to check me in. He immediately saw my online reservation and that I had paid for the room but after that it took a long wait until he finally handed me the keys to my room. When I got to the room the toilet was running and when I went to jiggle the flusher it was very lose and would not flush SO I had to go back down to the desk. This time did not take as long to get keys to a different room. The rest of the stay was ok.

The property is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love the fact that you get a $25 credit per room that you can use either on food or drinks and close to everything definitely will come back.

All around decent hotel. The bed wasn't plush, and the highway is noisy. The toilet was difficult to work, and the hot and cold water were reversed. The coffee is terrible.

Pleasant experience crushed by dirty bedding.

Friendly staff at check in. Seemed like a clean, big room for a family. Unfortunately, the comforter on my bed was SUPER gross on the underside. Looked like someone at Cheetos and a blue slushie in the bed. Needless to say, I froze by just using the sheet.

Air conditioning didn’t work and centipedes

We reserved a two queen bed room but they had to give us a king with pull out sofa bed because reservations online over booked. They said they didn’t know how this happened. The mattress of the pull out sofa had urine stains, the pillow we asked for to use with it smelled like someone slepted on it, the air condition tried to start but then shut off so it was warm and muggy during the night. The room had centipede bugs in the bathroom and on carpet and walls. The room needs a makeover. It was hard to sleep.
