Fridge in the room did not work. Spoiled some special milk I need for my diet. I worry about some medicine they need refrigeration . Two times I request cleaning. They did not do. I arrived late afternoon our room was not clean. I call they send somebody to clean I need to wait in the lobby I returned to the room the door to the room was left open. Second time we arrived to room no cleaning was done we wait for a long time.

Entire hotel was VERY clean. Employees were always cleaning and friendly. Great location, close proximity to Angels Envy. Parking was very limited but ideal if you can get it. Mad Egg across the street had great food. Would absolutely come here again.

Parking was really the only challenge at this hotel. The room was beautiful and spacious. The main lobby had great seating, bar and convenient store for essentials and snacks. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights and very happy with our stay. Street noise was minimal. Rooms were very clean. Every staff member I spoke with was friendly and helpful. We parked in the hotel lot, but there is a public lot very close if it is full - $22/day for either one. Within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions.

It was impossible to pull off to side in order to check in at hotel before parking our vehicle. Check is was good; the room is very nice, but the shower needs work. I enjoyed the swimming pool. A big disappointment was the restaurant! We sat at a table for a while, but were not even acknowledged! At check-out after a one night stay, the lady was delightful and most helpful!

The good: The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were very hospitable. The not so good: The couch looked like it was all stained up. Wouldn’t want to sit on that. Found a long hair and a used bandaid where they shouldn’t have been in the room-not ours. It would be nice to have coffee available more than just in the morning in the cafe.
