All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The resort was beautiful and clean. The rooms were clean and fully stocked. The pools were beautiful and big enough where you didn’t feel crammed with a ton of people. The food was okay. It’s about what I expected from an all inclusive resort

The room was always clean and staff was so nice! The resort itself was so beautiful, we enjoyed our time here! However, I will say - we had some issues with things not working in the room, requests for refills were not always met when they said they were completed. There was a fight for pool chairs with people waking up as early as 4am to get the best spot. The speciality restaurants also were difficult to eat at if you didn’t get there 30 minutes before they opened to put your name down.

Staff were amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable and food was delicious. We ate out at most of the restaurants but to be honest, the buffet had so much variety that we ended up eating there the most. The whole resort was clean and lots of chairs. Of course you get the people that go down at 6 in the morning and put towels out but I think you get that everywhere. We didn't have an issue finding good chairs at 9 in the morning. It was nice that they had a "party" pool and then a regular one along with 2 swim up bars. The ONLY complaint I would have is the crappy blow dryers in the rooms. Ladies, if you like your hair to look good, take your own!!! Would definitely not hesitate to go back!! Thank you everyone at the Riu!!!

One and done! If you want a good spot at the pool plan on getting up at 5 am. Dinner, get in line at 5:30. Beautiful resort but had a way better and higher end experience at Breathless and Hard Rock. Paid a premium for 3 nights for 2 double beds (not even queens). Won’t be back!

We loved our stay at the RIU Baja California. Room was beautiful and overlooked the entire resort and Sea of Cortez. The food was outstanding and the entertainment was great. Our only criticism would be the beach. While the views were great, the sand is not powdery and is on an incline which can make the walk a little more challenging than others we have been too. That and the water doesn’t allow for swimming due to the currents. With that said, the pool was a great spot to swim with the views so we ultimately had a great time

Room less than clean. Didn’t replace robes, took blankets away we ordered, didn’t leave new coffee supplies. It’s a party here, so come if you like club music until midnight. Hallways sooo noisy at night. Bed made me roll out from broken springs. Good food! Great staff! GORGEOUS view!
