The room was clean and spacious. The food was pretty decent. We had no trouble finding something to eat. The hotel is well laid out with lots of areas to hang out. You could be as social or antisocial aa you want.

Perfect all inclusive resort for a group of 5 couples in our 40s. Very clean with lots of options for food. The restaurants don’t take reservations, but we had zero issues getting tables for 10 at the dinner restaurants. Food was great, especially considering the price! Drinks were strong, not watered down like a different Cabo all inclusive we stayed at a few years ago. The coffee bar was fantastic. At first we were concerned it would be too much of a party crowd for us, but it turned out to be the perfect balance of lively activity and relaxation.

This property was beautiful! From the main entrance, to the rooms, to the pools! The property was extremely clean. We also saw someone cleaning. The rooms were extremely clean, very spacious, and comfortable. My only complaint with the room was we were able to hear everything outside. It seemed like the walls were very thin but not too big of a deal for us. The food was pretty good and fresh. This is probably the best All-inclusive I've stayed in were the food was enjoyable. Staff was very friendly. You were able to visit the other 2 resorts on the property staying at the Adult Only side. I highly suggest staying at the Adult Only side if you aren't traveling with kids. I will definitely stay her again.

Clean room, staff was kind and very helpful among the amenities. This is one of my favorite properties. We will be back!

Room felt like it was down in the basement… no elevator to 1st floor. Food was edible. Entertainment was mid at best, especially for New Year’s Eve. Cruise ships parked in front of the arch EVERYDAY. Staff was friendly and hospitable. Place was clean. Drinks were weak like every other all inclusive. Nothing over the top.

We had multiple issues with the staff and miscommunications. The spa had a lukewarm hot tub, smelly bathroom, and the massage for couples was mediocre for the $600 price tag. Best part was the food, especially on New Years, they went all out on seafood. Hence 2 stars instead of 1.

Would have been 5/5 but there was a glitch on their online check in which only checked in 1 person instead of 2 that was on the booking and having some issues on the actual hotel check in, thankfully the staff were very helpful and was able to resolve it in less than an hour.

I am 85 years old and traveling around the world more than 100 times for job and Vacation with and without family this operation is the BEST of the BES. you cannot find anything, anywhere or anyone that you are not happy or like it AAAAAA

We come back to this hotel every year. We love the staff, clean rooms and fantastic amenities. We are close to everything and never disappoints. The only thing is that there is no valet parking anymore and I always rent a car.

Rooms definitely clean and well maintained in terms of room service, but we were not given the room type we had reserved (asked for king bed, were given two twin beds). Staff were amazing and service was great. Very friendly and helpful. Pools were clean and not too crowded, but no shaded areas. All inclusive buffet had enough variety, quality was okay. We didn't like the Mexican restaurant, but the Italian restaurant was good. It was actually the only place I could find a decent alcoholic beverage -- something that really contains some alcohol. All pool-side alcoholic beverage was just non-alcoholic really, but you have enough at the room mini bar to enjoy real alcohol if needed. Neon party at Riu Santa Fe was amazing. The water park was mostly for children. Overall, I'd say 3 days was enough for me -- five days was too long. Overall, it was okay, but my spouse was happier with the experience than me.
