The resort itself is beautiful. The food is also really good and has a lot of options to choose from. The only bad experience I had was I was missing $60 from my wallet after they cleaned my room. So don’t leave your money when they come and clean your room. Other than that the service was great and the pools all have amazing views. The bed was not that comfortable the mattress was not firm.

I live in Charlotte and had to extend my rental while my car was in the shop. The process is seamless with a virtual on screen attendant. The car was nice, the rates are very reasonable and Kimberly was incredibly helpful — her customer service really made everything easy. I don’t plan on needing a rental again anytime soon, but I would definitely recommend Nu Car Rental to anyone traveling or anyone local who needs a reliable car in a pinch.

I enjoyed the all inclusive experience just there was no working atm on the resort which made it very hard for my family. Overall I great experience

El personal masculino de la recepción muy poco amable. Y es inaceptable que no acepten que entren los Uber al hotel. Es riesgoso que hagan a los huéspedes caminar hasta afuera del hotel.
