Wait times for food and drink were very long, food was always overcooked and dry, and the property is very noisy all afternoon and late into the night. The oceanview room I stayed in was very clean and had a great view but it did kind of face in toward the pool area more than the ocean. Staff were all very friendly, especially Omar at the 18+ pool, he was great. Wouldn't stay here again, but it was a good first experience in Mexico.

Customer service was poor throughout the resort. We managed to get a room with a great view from the result of being sent to a room being occupied by guests already. Bathroom shower fixtures did not work properly our entire stay. We were told to use the gym showers. The food was excellent. The shows at night were great.

The property overall was nice however checking in was horrendous- 2 hours in line and while waiting nothing was offered. They only had two people doing check in and so many other workers standing around not doing much. A water pipe broke one day while there and guest were not notified until we got back into our room to shower, all guest were directed to the salon to shower. There are also not enough pool lounge chairs so unless you get to the pool at 7am to reserve your spots, you don’t get too. The food overall was good.

Great food, great staff, great environment. However, the only issue is that they have one restaurant in the morning, which is a buffet for the whole resort and it gets really crowded. I would’ve liked to have more variety of restaurants to have been opened.

The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the hotel upgraded us to a nice room, plenty of space with washing and drying machine, that helped a lot. But two things did upset us most: In two occasions we went to have dinner at 8pm and the restaurant was simply turning people down as there was no no table available. We had to go to another one and waited for 1.30 hour. This is unacceptable for an all inclusive. Same as breakfast one morning. It was close to 9am and we couldn’t get in as there were no more tables/food available…really ??!! The other thing is that there is only one swimming pool for kids/family. The other pool is for adults only. We could barely find a chair and the swimming pool was super crowded. The food was ok, two of the restaurants offers a really good food but I would not go back.

The property overall was nice but checking in took over two hours! Limited staff helping for check in and nothing was offered to anyone in line for those waiting their turn. water pipe broke while we stayed and didn’t have water half a day. They do charge an insane amount for deposit for incidentals and charge you another fee at check out that they don’t explain to you upon arrival. There was also not enough pool lounges for the amount of guest so unless you go grab at spot by 7am you won’t have a spot by the pool or anywhere for that matter.

We traveled as a family in a group of 6 adults and 1 toddler, the stay was wonderful for all age groups and was still very kid friendly. The food is amazing and the drinks are great! The shows every night are wonderful as well. This is our second year coming here and we cannot wait to come back every year!

The place was beautiful, our rooms were spacious. The view of the ocean was amazing from our balcony. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. We enjoyed the activities especially the water volleyball. The restaurants had amazing food. My favorite is the carbon grill restaurant with the fresh guacamole, ceviche their sushi rolls. The only issue we had was the wait at the Bella breakfast buffet. I think it can be more organized.

Waited 40+ minutes most mornings for breakfast. They have their shows during the dinner buffet and there's limited seating, so unless you're there really early or you get lucky and they have two shows that day, you probably won't make the show. Overall nice resort, our favorite part was the swimmable beach and proximity to shopping mall and marina.
