Place was clean and well kept up. They weren’t great at explaining how to partake in the extra activities. Kept tying it to a seminar at another hotel they own. Found the place to book the extras without seminar on the lower level, on the last day. Wish we would’ve know about that option at the beginning.

Rooms were well maintained. Food was good. Excellent wood fired pizza. Adult pool was small and not very warm. No swim up bar. They should have the adult pool and the kids pool switched around. You can not see the ocean while sitting at the adult pool. You only have an ocean view while sitting at the kids pool, which seems backwards. Nice hot tubs and firepits in the pool area. All staff were very friendly. Beautiful beach, lots of beach vendors. Good entertainment in the evening. You have to get up very early to get a pool chair. Great stay here. I would return.

Overall Amazing experience!! Huge rooms, very clean facility. Staff is courteous. Food options are great but if they had one or two Indian food options that would have been great and I wouldn’t have missed Indian food. Ocean and Arches view is spectacular. I enjoyed my stay with family and friends.

The room was clean, the location was clean. Staff was ok, but we did not interact much. I was disappointed by the lack of afterhours entertainment and the lack of ability to see shows if you ate at different restaurant other than the one the show was at. It only sat about 300 and if you went to another restaurant for dinner, the likelyhood of getting to watch a 7:30 show was slim, hence we only saw one show. I also had requested a queen bed and oceanview room and got neither. We slept on one of the 2 full size beds in the room and did not use the balcony at all as all it did was overlook the tennis courts and who wants to see that. I also felt the cold shoulder of the consierge when we told them that we did not want partake in the "Timeshare Proposals" and only wanted to enjoy our time at the resort. And as one that purchase the "All Inclusive", I definitely did not expect to have to wait in line or queue up early to meals to be able to get into a restaurant. To me, this place felt like an overpriced boughey HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS. I am thinking that we won't be returning to these resorts if ever coming back to Cabo. The only thing that truly made this trip interesting is the singel Whale Watching tour we took.

Facilities were wonderful including the view. Clean facilities. Staff was good. Food was good. What could be improved: There was a small coffee container in the lobby! Most days there was a line and the container was empty! A facility of this caliber should have lots of coffee from 6 until 8 every day! We were on the all-inclusive plan but had to sign for everything!! Got to be a better way! We were at the pool early every day until about 4. There were people who left their towels/chairs for well over 4-5 hours. One day after reserving our spots and spending a few hours we went into town for 2 hours and came back to no chairs/towels/our stuff!!! We were told that the security came and picked everything up!!! The previous days that was never done. After our complaint, the towel police made a haul. I think to appease us. Consistency goes a long way!

Everything was amazing EXCEPT we had to sign slips for absoutely EVERYTHING even though we were all-inclusive. Takes a lot of time and is extremely annoying. Never experienced this before at an all-inclusive. Other than that this is a beautiful resort and the staff was wonderful. The beach is fantastic. We even liked the beach vendors for the most part! - Frankie was the best ! A wonderful family holiday.

The resort was very clean and updated. The view was beautiful. Food was delicious from all the restaurants. The staff were so friendly, warm and welcoming. Great location, 10 min Uber trip or a 35 minute walk on the beach to get to the marina and shopping. It's a beautiful resort and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an all-inclusive stay in Cabo.

Great resort. Food was fantastic and pool service was great for food and drinks. Buffet could get a bit busy in the morning for breakfast. Rooms were nice and clean, beds are not queens however. I did find it very strange to have to sign a bill for every drink and meal which made just grabbing a drink a bit of a pain. I’ve never experienced this at any all inclusive resort ever. Beach is really nice and water was clean and very swim able. No complaints other than signing bills for hundreds of dollars for everything we ate or drank.

Everything was a 10 out of 10 the scenery, the staff, room juan and wilard at the sports bar are exceptional.
