Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean and everything worked. Only minor gripe is that you can hear the neighboring rooms water running and toilet flushing. It was loud and unnerving -especially in the middle of the night. There was a homeless encampment on one of the adjacent streets, but they didn’t bother us and were just vibing.

The staff was very nice. The environment was clean and quiet, considering the location. We ran into an issue that I will not discuss but management handled it properly without questioning and for that I give this place a good rating.

I don’t understand the good reviews?? Like I am genuinely confused!! While the customer service was fine, nobody else thought the beds were extremely uncomfortable? What about the noisy ac units? Dirt all over the walls? Stains on the sheets? Did nobody see roaches, because my husband and daughter saw one run across the room? Convenient location yes, but these rooms are disgusting and dirty. I appreciate the front desk clerk being nice, but I would never stay here again. We ended up checking out and getting a hotel in Pasadena.

When I went to check in, a little roach was crawling. I just assumed maybe it was from tge outside. When I got to the room there was another one so that made me uncomfortable with cleanliness as it looked fine however I did see two roaches and pieces of hair in the bathrooom drom someone. The toilet itself had signs or wesr and tear; the toilet seat was wooden and it was wood exposed which made me uncomfortable as wood is pour ours.
