No way to maintain consistant heat. It was very cold while we were there and only had a space heated meant for one room that had only 3 heat modes but no thermostat. We had to get up during the night almost every hour and turn it on and off. The bathroom was freezing in the morning since it had no heater at all (we were actually told to turn on the sauna to heat the bathroom.... really!! I felt like I was camping. Additionally no place to layout clothing or toiletries. (Closet, counter space etc...) I understand its small but there are way to correct. Not laid out well at all. Great view from the patio though, therefore the 2 stars.. Would not take much to make this place hospitable but totally missed the mark as it is.

The is a great stay! Easy to get to a bunch of places in LA and such a great view. Unique layout but perfect for just needing a place to stay for a couple of days.

The unit was itself was pristine and all communication was positive & clear. The views were also superb! I would have probably given the towels another wash before they were available for guests.

We had a fantastic stay! They were the most gracious hosts with the best communication I’ve experienced. Fantastic view while we enjoyed morning coffee and an evening drink. The sauna was very nice. We would be thrilled to stay here again!
