When I tried to check in, they had relocated to somewhere really far from central as a result of the failure of the air conditioner, and they kept me waiting for almost 4 hours to find another solution, very bad behavior from the staff and so unprofessional.

The hotel was nice and staff was great and location was great. Hotel was very clean. Walking distance to transit, shopping, and restaurants. Good selection for breakfast however, the room we were in was extremely small. No sitting area. There was only enough room to walk around the bed. Overall, it was very nice. Room had safe and fridge as well.
