Excellent property in the perfect location. Happy from the time we arrived to the time we left. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Amazing customer service and the best apartment with the highest quality fitouts and appliances. We will be recommending this hotel to all our friends and family and this will be the only place we stay when we come to London in the future.

A view of history from your room

Pros: Great quality, clean and staff really helpful and friendly. Proximity to transportation.
Cons: Lower the temperature in the hallways (just a bit to warm)
Location: Historically in a great location, being next door to the Tower of London and the oldest church in London. Close to water transportation.
We've stayed at the Cheval Three Quays several times now and just love the place. Situated right next door to the Tower of London, with amazing views (depending which side your room is located) of the river Thames, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Close to water, rail and road transportation. Would highly recommend to anyone going to London for either work (especially those in the finance or insurance sector as within walking distance to Lloyd's) of personal pleasure trip.

Best stay near the tower

Pros: There was nothing to complain about
Cons: Only the length of stay
Location: Wonderfullly situated
Tasteful, I have never experienced such helpful staff that seem to love their job

Love this place

Amazing views of the Thames, beautifully appointed apartment and very helpful staff. It's fairly expensive, but absolutely worth the money.

Staying at the Cheval on a business trip

Pros: Location - close to the financial district and easy to access. The apartments were well thought out, beautifully presented and a pleasure to stay in.
Cons: The heating in the hallways would be my only comment - too hot.
Location: Great location, next door to the Tower of London so an amazing view especially at night.
This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and can't speak highly enough of the staff. Very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile. We were in London for business and the location is perfect as very close to the financial district (walking distance 10 min max). Was easy to meet up with people for dinners etc. and think it's a far better option to one of the larger Hotels.
