Who ever owns the hotel they need to spend money on it to get it up to scratch. Things like the plumbing and water distribution ,old dated tvs, very poor wifi,no spare pillows and very dated decor.The reality doesnt fit the advertising.Itall revolves around their basics.Our first room you couldnt watch the tv.The second room they moved us into there was no tv for 24 hours .Just not good enough.

Very noisy. Very cramped single room. Back street with demolition. Definitely pay for what you get.

close to trains and shops

Nice hotel close to trains, restaurants & good pubs. Excellent air conditioning and nice in house restaurant as well.

Great start to European tour

Staff fantastic. Excellent breakfast selection. Close to all we need. Extremely helpful staff. Amazing staff

The staff are excellent, kind and knowledgeable. I arrived at Heathrow at 7am and by the time I got to the hotel it was close to 9am. I asked to store my luggage until check-in at 2pm and they were kind enough to check me into a room at 10am. The rooms are small by Australian standards but are still comfortable (I had large suitcase which I had to open up on the bed in the room). I would definitely re commend staying here and I will return next time I head back to London!
