Tolle, sehr gediegene, ruhige und sichere Lage in Belgravia, aber nur 5 Gehminuten von der Victoria Station (Metro) mit sehr guter Infrastruktur entfernt. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe, so dass es an nichts fehlt. Das Appartement ist sehr großzügig und mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, die sich im Souterrain befinden, sehr flexibel. Wohn- und Esszimmer ist sehr elegant und geräumig. Teilweise ist das Appartement aber in die Jahre gekommen, Küche und Bäder könnten mal renoviert werden. Es ist zwar alles da, was man braucht, aber doch nicht mehr ganz auf der Höhe der Zeit. Kommunikation mit der Vermietergesellschaft ist sehr gut, der gesamte organisatorische Ablauf ebenfalls.
