The property itself was clean, the staff were friendly but there were no lofts which is fine, but the stairs were narrow and spiraled which made it even more difficult to bring our suitcases up and down. The rooms were also slightly not soundproofed, so we can hear a lot other things going around. The TV was a bonus which the large screen.

Perfectly positioned for transiting to Eurostar services and an easy walk into central London or there’s plenty of public transport options. Room was small but serviceable and the shared bathroom clean and brightly lit. Staff are friendly and were accommodating of our left luggage - they even placed it in the room ready for our later check in.

Better than i thought! The rooms were lovely and modern, and my step father couldn't be happier to have a kettle available with complimentary tea bags. The bathrooms were clean throughly every day, and i would note that it's worth saving the extra 30 pound and get the shared bathroom, as it was very clean and always available - not sure there was anyone else on our floor to even compete with. Fantastic and friendly staff, would defiantly recommend if you want to be close to the train stations and more!

Clean, comfortable hotel close to Kings Cross and St Pancras International rail stations

Ok for sleeping on the cheap (ish)

Pros: Good shower. Coffee making facilities. Local tube connects direct with Heathrow via good tourist spots such as Leicester Sq and Covent Garden.
Cons: Ok for groups of friends or maybe young families but no
Location: Pretty seedy dirty inner city location as are many facilities located near major train stations. Underground or rail 5 mins away and Picadilly line.
Reception phoned asking time of arrival -I said 2, is that ok? They said yes but still refused my room at twenty to three (3 o-clock checking). Stairs narrow and steep - no lift so avoid heavy or bulky luggage and not suitable for those with physical impairment. typical residential house converted hotel so don't accept more than the minimum. Room clean but sash window had broken cords - nearly broke a finger trying to close it. Somewhat noisy outside.

B&B close to St Pancras Kings cross station

Pros: It's location is very central to what travellers need.
Cons: Staff could be friendlier.
Location: Already covered above.
Staff were indifferent, and usually on the phone. Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom seemed to be recently refurbished. Room rate was reasonable. Good location, close to restaurants, pubs and public transport.

Locked out

The receptionist buzzes you in when you get to the hotel's entry, which works great when there is a receponist at the desk. However twice I to wait to gain entry whilst it was raining. Just frustrating. Bed was comfortable though.
