Staff were good. Challenged me at night to check I was a guest - which is good security! Room 11 was a little noisy this morning, with bathroom next door and cleaning of rooms. Very close to St. P and a well-maintained property.

Staff members were nice! You have to take stairs to get to your room, but the staff member kindly brought my language to the room. It was shared bathroom but it was very clean so there was no problem with that. Also you can enjoy coffee or tea in the room. Thank you for your service!

Great location, so close to Kings cross station or St Pancras International (Eurostar). There’s also Burger King and a bank. Our room were very clean every time we returned back for the night. At times it can be noisy as there are lots of people and tourists around but it didn’t affect our family. Our room was very warm during the cold winter.

The room was very small but I guess that is normal in London. The place was clean, I had no allergy issues. The staff was great in accomodating a room earlier for me, which was great because I had just traveled internationally and had no sleep, I was falling asleep in the lobby waiting. I would stay there again!

This is the kind of comfortable two-star experience you like when you do't intend to spend much time in the room. I'd recommend it highly on that basis. Staff was very friendly and helpful (if a bit busy). Room was clean and orderly, nice decoration for a two star and quiet when the window was closed. The nearby shared bath was bright with nice fixtures and kept clean. The location was perfect--near St Pancras station and a lot of nice eating places, but not so near the bustle becomes intrusive. The only drawbacks were that the room was in a building separate from the main desk and down a winding set of hallways, stairs, half-steps (AKA trip hazards) and low overheads in the basement. If you are at all mobility compromised, it might be difficult, especially with bags. Staff was very kind to help me carry my bag without my asking. Also, because of the basement location, street noise was a bit intrusive late at night when the below-pavement-level window was open, which was necessary because there was no AC. Still these factors would not in any way prevent me from staying here again. Recommended.

The Princess Hotel – St Pancras is a truly unique hotel with exceptionally kind, compassionate, and helpful staff. From the moment we arrived, the team was welcoming, informative, and always ready to assist, which made our stay feel very comfortable. What I especially loved about this hotel was the location. It’s within easy walking distance to St Pancras train station, taxi stands, plenty of food options, and even a friendly, inexpensive marketplace. This convenience made getting around London so much easier. I would highly recommend this hotel to families, budget-conscious travelers, and anyone planning to use public transportation. The combination of great service and excellent location makes it a wonderful choice for a stay in London.
