Millennium Knightsbridge Hotel London

Overall nothing like we expected. Everything in the hotel including the room is old and worn out. The bathroom was terrible, the heater in the room didn’t work so they brought us a portable that then would bake the room. About the only thing that was close to acceptable was the breakfast buffet. And I would only rate it has average at best.

Bad smell from the bedding, which hadn’t dried properly, and the bathroom smelled of mould and damp. Combined, it was pretty overwhelming. When feedback was provided to staff, they shifted blame onto me for not telling them sooner.

Abdul at bell service was terrible. He brought our luggage to the Sloane street entrance because he did not want to take it down the steps on the other side of the hotel. Sloane street is a busy street, with lots of traffic. The taxi could not stand for too long and he refused to help unload the luggage off the trolley.
