Everything and staff was great. Only issue was that it was a hard mattress and you couldn’t open the window to regulate the temperature when needed. The air conditioning was hit and miss. Breakfast was impeccable and my luggage was stored with care.

The restaurant Rails has a great breakfast and is fast. Hotel is well located with walks to restaurants and train station. A little loud, and rooms are small. I don’t think there is a gym.

Excellent check in. Room was lovely, nice bar . Great convenient location straight across road from st Pancras international station. My only downside was breakfast on a Sunday is not until 7am would be nice if it was 6 or 6:30 especially with Eurostar check in being from 7:15 for the 1st train on a Sunday
