Checking was awful. I booked with Amex Hotel Collection. Needn’t have bothered. Wasn’t even mentioned. Room not ready until AFTER main check in time so went to the bar to wait. And I couldn’t use my Amex credit until checked in. Donut cost me £100 to wait. Awful awful checking and Amex should be ashamed. Hotel was fine but not worth the premium. Just not special.

Good hotel

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff were friendly. The rooms are a little on the small side. The breakfast was adequate and they had hot plates. Check in was quick and easy. All in all a good experience.

Small room, great location.

Nice hotel in a nice area. Although expected, the room size is quite small, as is the bed. Otherwise, it's in a great location, only a few steps from the Underground station.

This was my second stay at Hyde Park International, and I was very glad that I returned. The rooms are modern and well appointed although small (for an affordable hotel in London this is to be expected). It is very convenient to tube and bus stops, and there are numerous restaurants and grocery stores in the immediate area. The staff are more than helpful and charming. The only thing that would have made my stay more comfortable would have been a small bar-type fridge in the room, to keep drinks or snacks, but I don't know if it would be possible, given size. I certainly hope to return again.
