I liked the central location. What I didn't like was the fact that the internet had the entrance listed as the back of the building. Otherwise there were no problems.

Staff and location were fantastic. Family apartment was sound proofed at the front but not so much at the rear that backed onto the British Museum. Delivery and cleaning vehicles were a nuisance at very early hours.

If you are looking for a place to sleep while you explore London, this is fine if you bring earplugs. Very noisy but like I said, bring earplugs and you're fine. Yes it's small, but if you plan on exploring the city all day, what more do you need...

Staff was great, but rooms were SMALL. We booked a double and got a twin. No room for luggage and no way for 2 people to sit. Bathroom door could not open fully because the bed blocked it.
