The property is located in a more modern, trendy side of London in the east of Thames. It has several bus stops on the adjacent street, also walkable distance to the tube, bus, train station and to Uber boat wharf. A convenience store is also close by. The area is quiet, safe and pleasant. The property also feels new, clean and very professionally managed. The staff was very nice, polite and attentive. Our room was also very quiet (even is closest to the elevator) for all our 9-day stay. It's clean and comfortable. Overall, we have had a very pleasant stay and everything as good as described and better. Thank you for making our first trip London so wonderful and memorable l!!!!!

I had high hopes for this hotel, but our stay was disappointing. The room had a stained curtain, a hole in the bedsheet, and only one US outlet, which made it hard to charge devices. The TV didn’t support Chromecast, and we had to use a VPN just to watch content. We booked for three guests but received amenities for two. The bathroom trash was full on arrival, toilet paper half-used, and shampoo empty — all signs of poor cleaning. We joined the eco program, expecting no cleaning for three days in exchange for a coupon. On day three, staff came to clean, but we asked them to return later. We left towels on the floor and trash near the door as instructed, but returned to find the room untouched. After calling multiple times, we were told housekeeping ends at 7 PM — something no one mentioned before. They just sent up towels and water, with no real resolution. They promised cleaning at 1 PM the next day, but again, nothing happened. Reception offered a complimentary breakfast and drink, but the room still wasn’t cleaned. To top it off, we found a bug on the bed. The lack of communication and follow-through made this a frustrating experience. For a hotel of this standard, the service and upkeep were extremely disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay, if there was a slight adjustment. Being from another country, directions on how to use the lighting would have been helpful. Otherwise superb stay!

Disappointing paid 4 Superior rm but got standard

Very disappointing since paid for a Superior twin room and was given a double bed and a sofa bed. Was then given a twin on 2nd floor which was a standard room so not worth the extra cost i paid fit rsuperior. We cgeckeed in at 730pm so no excuse why asuperior room shouldn't be available
