Poor check in, was t offered a complimentary glass of wine on arrival and other people were. Given a disabled room by the lift had to ask to change room. Air conditioning in room not working had to go back down to reception who sent a handy man to fix in the changed room.

Horrible experience!

The building was under construction—the drilling started at 8:30 each morning on the wall behind us. Absolutely no ability to sleep. I spoke to the front desk about it and they said “sorry.” The room had no windows. They were blacked out—this should have been explained, who ever heard of a hotel room with no windows???? This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. At the price and it being a Hilton, we could not believe it. Truly awful. We should get a credit or something.

The hotel is lovely and modern, staff were friendly and professional. Cleanliness and in particular the bathroom were great. My only real criticism (and apparently I’m not the first) is the overly frosted glass in the room/sealed windows. Windows being sealed at a hotel is nothing new, sometimes however the option to let fresh air in is appreciated. However the real irritant was the frosted windows to point that basically no natural light can penetrate the room. I’m not asking for an amazing view, but I shouldn’t have to be turning on all the lights at 9am because it’s perpetually dark due to the windows. I would (and probably will) stay here again, however I’d have to enquire about window situation.

Great family hotel

Great hotel, very clean & modern, very handy connecting family rooms. Breakfast was a really good choice. The staff were wonderful, very child friendly, special thanks to the three ladies on reception who went the extra mile with our little girl. The only downside was the building work which was right outside the hotel window. It was SO loud, and nearly caused us to change hotel. I would not have booked this hotel had I known this was the case, and it was not detailed on the current hotel description which I think it needs to be.

Good Hotel - Great Location - Issues

I visited London for the first time since 2022 for a trip with my 10 year old daughter as a birthday treat. My booking was through hotels.com (I had credit with them) for a twin room. Following a long train journey, we arrived at the hotel late afternoon. The lobby area is really nice and had a nice buzz about it. A mix of couples (Valentine's weekend) and families. At check in, the staff member was very friendly and helpful. He asked if I had the Hilton Honors app. I had tried to register with it previously but due to the way the verification codes work from Gmail opening a separate window it wasn't straight-forward. After trying again, we decided just to leave it, but he did say that I would miss out on the points. Not to worry. We were informed we'd have complimentary use of any snacks and soft drinks in the in-room mini fridge. We completed checked in and went up to our room. I was then asked if I wanted to add breakfast to my booking for a reduced rate of £20 per adult (usually £29!). I said I'd take it for the Saturday morning but due to having to leave early on Sunday morning I'd only take it for the one day. I was then informed that the offer was only there if I took it for the 2 mornings which would have been £40 and it was ok to take some food away with us on Sunday morning. I declined. I'd have been better just paying the full rate £29 for the one morning we were able. The room was very nice. Nice standard of carpets and decor. Large TV with a good selection of

Amazing hotel

The room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable, I was amazed by the speaker in the bathroom which allowed us to listen to music in the shower! I loved the friendless of the staff members, when we needed help with something it was efficient and effective! The pool was amazing and we will definitely be coming back!

There are no windows in rooms which is little suffocating else property is good with multiple dining options. Not a five star property but i guess all hotels are like this in london. Staff service is good but can be better in restaurants.
