This is one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The staff was incredibly friendly. The food and drinks were good. They were amazing with kids, the pool was beautiful and kid friendly. The best Hotel stay we have ever had in London. Staff where all Brilliant and the Hotel was Spotless. Breakfast was amazing, the best we have had around the world. Will be staying here from now on, every time we visit London.
