VIP privileges were not honored. An upgrade room was available but we were asked to pay if we wanted it. When we inquired about 20%off food and beverage, we were told it has exceptions like - breakfast. So we couldn’t use it. Fake bonus - not trusting these “benefits” again.

We loved the rooftop restaurant with views of entire city!! The property was located close to many options of places for at. Very clean and up to date rooms. We have view of office but it was quiet because nothing was happening at night.
